Beautiful store. Nice area, lovely place to sit for a while. What isn't so nice is the customer service. Coudn't find a book. I did what I was supposed to. Looked up the book on the site to make sure it was in stock before even asking for help. It was. confirmed on the website. GREAT. I love when I'm already in a store, that I came there to buy something and have the object in the store... You get where I'm going yet? I ask for help as I can't find where the book is placed. Which to be fair it's a weird genre, and could fit into a few things. Girl working there looks it up on their computer, and then leads me around to the places I've already checked. Can't find it. "Do you know you can go online and order it?" Why is that the response to not being able to find something? I'm not ordering something online from inside the store that I'm already at. Why is that the go to response to difficulty. Not "Let me check the system and see what I can find out." Not "Maybe it's still in the back, let me check." Nope. "Order it online." Okay Barnes and Nobles since that's what you want me to do. I'll just order all my books online from now on. But not from you. Thanks.
Love this location! Very organized and set up is easily follow. Only downside is the small tables that have books from different sections so you can't find them on the shelves and search until you find the book there. Other that that, very cozy and the café is nice
One of the nicest Barnes & Nobles we’ve ever visited! It’s a beautiful two-story shop that is impressively organized and clean. It’s hard to find places that keep teenagers interested, but my kids absolutely love coming here. They have a section for kids as well. It’s a great environment for readers of all ages. Highly recommend stopping by!
Stepping into the Barnes & Noble felt instantly familiar, echoing the experience of countless visits to other locations. As the saying goes, if you've been to one, you've likely been to most, and this held true here. The familiar landscape of towering bookshelves, brimming with titles across every conceivable category, greeted me. The sheer volume and variety of books remain a significant draw, offering a tangible and browsable selection that's hard to replicate online. I continue to find Barnes & Noble's pricing to be a reasonable middle ground. While not the cheapest option – the local library rightly holds that distinction – the prices don't feel inflated, especially in the current economic climate. You're paying for the convenience, the atmosphere, and the extensive selection, which feels justified. This particular store boasts two floors, a definite plus for the sheer amount of inventory they can house. The presence of both an escalator and an elevator makes navigating between levels convenient for everyone. And for those who enjoy a beverage while they peruse the pages, the in-house Starbucks offers a perfect opportunity to sip and read (and perhaps spend a little extra). The book selection here undoubtedly surpasses that of most local libraries, offering a wider range of new releases and niche titles. Furthermore, the store was noticeably clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant browsing experience. Overall, this Barnes & Noble delivers exactly what you expect: a vast selection of books in a comfortable and accessible setting, with the added convenience of a coffee shop. It's a reliable destination for book lovers seeking a comprehensive and enjoyable experience beyond the free resources of a library.
Nice and clean, and tons of books to choose from. There's a second floor with children's section and a lot of stuffed animals and board games. There's a Starbucks on the first floor and vinyls available as well. Good place to spend time when you want to chill.
