The folks who work here are really nice and very helpful! I take my grandkids (ages 5-12) there at their request. We spend a couple of hours looking and reading books and the staff is so nice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kara at Starbucks (inside Barnes & Noble, Bridgestreet) is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk up, Kara’s warmth and genuine kindness make your day better. She’s incredibly talented, creative, and attentive—clearly someone who puts heart into everything she does. As a photographer, she has an amazing eye for detail, and that creativity shines through even in the small moments. She’s recently engaged and new to the area, and Bridgestreet is lucky to have her. Kara brings positivity, professionalism, and a welcoming energy that’s hard to find. If you’re stopping in for coffee, hope she’s the one who helps you—you’ll leave smiling. ☕️✨

I ordered three books for in-store pickup earlier that morning and waited in a very long line in the evening. When I reached the counter, I gave my name and email, but the employee (Lauralee) did not attempt to locate my order and sent me to customer service instead. Customer service found my order immediately—it was on the shelf behind cash wrap and directly behind the employee that I initially encountered. I then had to wait in the long line again to get my books. The South Huntsville locations seems to be more organized and friendly, I chose the Bridge Street location as it was on the way home but waiting just about an hour to get a pickup order from hours earlier was nuts.

Large selection and friendly fast service. I had pretty much given up on tradionally big box bookstores until I shopped here. It is a well stocked store with a great selection. It was Christmas Eve and they were busy but check out was quick and the staff was friendly. I will be back!

I love book stores! I have never been a huge fan of barnes and nobles but this one is nice. It is always clean inside and it has a good selection! I love the area too, Bridge Street is such a cute and nice spot!
