I’ve been working with Olivia since September and honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She’s incredibly supportive, encouraging, and really takes the time to understand what you need and what you’re trying to achieve. One thing I’ve especially appreciated is how thoughtful she’s been when I’ve been traveling. She’s helped me adjust workouts so I can stay consistent on the road, which has made such a difference for me both physically and mentally. I always feel motivated, supported, and pushed in the best way. As someone who has always been intimidated by gyms, Base has been such a lovely place to be. The classes are great, the space is always spotless, and it genuinely feels welcoming and homely rather than intimidating. I actually look forward to going, which I never thought I’d say. Would highly recommend both Olivia and Base to anyone looking for a supportive coach and a really great gym environment.
Great Gym and super friendly and helpful staff, and good classes. I’ve been training with Coach Olivia and the workouts are super energetic, fun, and keep me motivated about my fitness goals. She also tries to incorporate things I can do myself which helps me tremendously. Would highly recommend this gym and also Coach Olivia.
Coach Olivia is truly amazing. I’ve been working with her since October, and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my strength, confidence, and overall progress toward my goals. She takes the time to really understand what I want to achieve and tailors every session to support that. Beyond training, she also helps with the nutrition side, which has made such a big difference for me. She’s incredibly encouraging, attentive, and motivating, and I always feel supported and pushed in the best way. I’m so grateful to have her as my coach — highly recommend her to anyone looking to get stronger and reach their goals with the right guidance and support.
I was a member of Base Gym for 18 months and have nothing but good things to say. The machines are well maintained and fixed quickly if they break, the gym is clean, towels are also readily available at all times. Great atmosphere also which made working out there easy and a positive experience.
I love this gym.The staff is constantly cleaning which I love! The front staff is great! They always say hello and know my name… Thank you for an awesome welcome to the gym Vika, Sammy & Frank. I also just started something new… boxing with an awesome trainer, Guil! Talk about a great new way to work out! 🥊! And for a great massage session with a an athlete who understands the muscles and body… David is the guy!! The manager Mayrn is also great!
