Fast and simple. Polite staff as well. My iPhone 6S Plus has had 2 prior repairs from different repair places. Fast forward 5 months later My screen is blacking out, I could still hear the phone lock, ringtones and message tones except my screen was just black. I tried doing a hard reset but still nothing..I decided to try this place, they told me my screen was giving out and that it needed replacement which would cost $119 after taxes. Make sure to ask about any sales! if I hadn’t asked them I wouldn’t have gotten $10 off. After I came in to pick it up they gave me my total without the $10 off so I had to make sure they deducted it from the price. Overall price was $109.

Ich habe mein Telefon noch nie reparieren lassen, normalerweise würde ich einfach ein neues kaufen. Allerdings brauchte ich diesmal dieses Telefon und war wirklich zufrieden damit, also beschloss ich, es reparieren zu lassen, nachdem ich den Bildschirm kaputt gemacht hatte. Der Kundenservice war erstklassig; sie haben mein Telefon in weniger als einer Stunde repariert und außerdem die Batterie zum halben Preis ausgetauscht. Ich empfehle diesen Ort definitiv für den Service. Ich komme wieder.

Dear Sir or Madame C/S Manager Below is my 1 star customer experience, I had at your Stockton location on May 26 2018 I arrived 10 minutes before my schedule appointment. I chatted with the clerk while checking in and somehow relayed the following information. Home bound I don’t get out often Discussed my major disabilities and the material loses I incurred after the removal of the tumor found within my spine and other related surgery’s. When I was advised the approximate repair time was 1.5 hours and that I could return later. I relayed that I came from Isleton (54mi round trip) I’m really not supposed to be driving , but need he phone fixed because WiFi and hotspot from my phone to run my house order food Meds etc so I had planed to stay. He pointed out the benches and said you can wait there if you like or in your car. I asked about guest WiFi access to read my tablet while I’m waiting? I was advised, “we don’t have WiFi.....”I told him that I glad I brought my lunch it will give me something to do. I told the clerk that I am in his computer database already, and joked it should be labeled preferred customer 4 **** owning 4 vehicle Batteries from your store. The latest being the one installed in my Tahoe 2 months ago. While turning for the door, I requested a quote for an extra vehicle key? The clerk looked it up. He, advised me that my 2004 Chevy Tahoe key is $35. I declined. Returning to my truck to eat lunch and thinking it’s a good time to clean out my glove box I turned on my tablet to check for open WiFi networks and the first 3 WiFi networks to appear listed just happened to say BPStore. Exactly 1.5 hours later returned to the front desk to check on an ETA. The “Manager” Ana, brought me my unprepared phone stating your phone is not 6 as listed it’s a iPhone 6S which cost apex. $30 more and if I cared to wait they have time to do the repair adding that the $10 coupon I came in with would still be honored. Momentarily forgetting that they had my cell phone, I quickly responded “why didn’t you call me,” next spinning and pointing right out side the door asking “why didn’t you come get me” The manager stated she was sorry “ it’s our fault” that the clerk should of made sure what make model before accepting it for repair. The whole time I was sitting within site and sound for and hour and a half in a white 2004 Chevy Tahoe parked in the handicap space directly in front of the store entrance. See photo I observed clerks exiting the store no less than 3 time thinking they were coming to get me, however they were helping other customers with car new battery’s and core exchanges. Even with all the above knowledge the Manager I assume didn’t bother to even wonder about me or my possible location. While paying my clerk within hearing distance of the manager I asked if I can at least get a screen protector for all this time and trouble. The manager just ignored me and the clerk quoted me $35 I asked the manager or her name and requested she review my notes for a letter I would write to corporate, please dispute zany facts I may have gotten wrong? She did not want to but after I stated loud enough for other customers to hear “ you let me sit right there for an hour and a half in pain for nothing and you can’t take 2 minutes to read a few sentences? She handed back my iPad (also shattered due to my nervous system problems The cane I was using dropped from my numb hands 2X @ the register) she gave me her First name handed me my devise turned her back & walked away. The whole experience made me feel so insignificant I’m not looking for sympathy because I disabled now but was expecting a little bit of respect as any customer would and should receive- Tech informs manager informs sales clerk or not most likely because no one informed me and I was 30ft away.
