Super unprofessional. The first visit I had was great the guy was nice professional helped me very positive overall. Next visit I mention to the therapist that I had been to the chiropractor earlier in the week. When I told him that you would’ve thought I told him his mother died. He was visibly upset by that. I asked him if it was a problem that I had been seeing this chiropractor for years but if it was a problem I could stop going while I was doing physical therapy. He said it wasn’t a problem but he said “how are you supposed to know who got you better if you’re seeing both of us.” I guess this guys ego is an issue I’m not sure. He was extremely short and obviously annoyed the entire session. Then he asked me what I was having problems with this week and I told him mainly my shoulder and neck were pulling because of muscle guarding. So then he works me out super hard the whole. It was 10x more intense than my first session. Then that was it no follow up on what I should be working on for the week or any instructions at all. Just a very cold see ya later. Unfortunate. Definitely do not recommend

I was referred to the wrong specialist by my PCP. The PT Jessica helped me get to the right specialist! She was super sweet & supportive, I wish I could go here for my therapy. Front desk was super suggestive and nice as well.They truly care about their patients. :)

Your team needs to learn to communicate between each other. I called and had to put my therapy on hold due to MAJOR surgery, hospitalized twice, I let ya'll know, you told me to call back when I'm ready and you want to d/c for non compliance? Really? You want me to leave the hospital so I can see you for therapy? Are you guys out of your mind? If you would communicate, update pt files with telephone messages, you would know why I was unable to attend!!!

Friendly and very professional. Have been to this location for PT for shoulder replacement a couple of years ago. Having to go back for a broken ankle. Worked with Jessica Hall then and now! She's very professional and knowledgeable.

This place is God sent!! 😍After total knee replacement surgery, I hobbled in and in 13 weeks Alex had me back in tip top shape! I highly recommend this rehab facility.. Now I can get back to Camp Gladiator💪🏾💪🏾🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️Thanks Alex and Jay!
