I want to start out by saying how thankful I am for the Beaman staff! This was my first time being in an accident and I had no idea what to expect and was completely overwhelmed. From the moment I called I got nothing but exceptional service. They got me scheduled in quickly for estimate and repairs and even helped set up my rental for me. When I got there I worked with Elisha at the front desk, Stephanie was phenomenal getting me in and out quickly with my rental and Trish went above and beyond to put me at ease. Thank you all for helping me throughout this process and helping me through it! I would definitely recommend this bodyshop to anyone!
I would like to recognize the excellent work performed by Beeman Collision Center. The quality of the repair was outstanding, and my vehicle was returned in perfect condition with great attention to detail. I especially want to highlight Jonathan, who coordinated the repair process at the shop—he was professional, responsive, and did an excellent job managing the work from the collision center’s side. Unfortunately, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the poor claim handling by Progressive, specifically by their representatives Christa Penley and Joe Cunningham. While the vehicle was fully repaired and ready on December 29, Progressive did not generate the payment until January 9, which delayed the release of my vehicle until January 12. This was after the car had already been in the shop for three months. The delays, lack of urgency, and poor communication from Progressive caused unnecessary stress and extended the process well beyond what was reasonable. These issues were entirely outside the control of Beeman Collision Center, which had completed the work in a timely and professional manner. In summary, I highly recommend Beeman Collision Center for the quality of their repairs and their professionalism, but my experience with Progressive—particularly with the representatives mentioned above—was extremely disappointing and poorly managed.
Absolutely, the best body shop around! I just had my vehicle repaired here, and Trish and Megan were amazing. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I also had to do my rental at Beaman, and Stephanie was extremely friendly. The entire Beaman staff made this entire experience extremely pleasant. I will never go anywhere else.
Had to get some work done and Beaman did a phenomenal job. Jonathan was amazing at keeping in touch with me and keeping me up to date throughout the whole process. I won’t take my car anywhere else! Thank you to all the Beaman staff for always being so friendly and welcoming.
