drove 30 mins to come here as had good reviews. she said $85 for french tips i said ok even tho online says $55. id be fine to pay $10 more as i got medium length but no it was $85. she cut me twice no apology didnt even say anything. end results it’s ok could’ve got better at cheaper somewhere else closer to me. staff here need to be trained. no one spoke english. they don’t speak to u at all. spoke to eachother the whole time not once was it quiet between them (45 min) other clients had issues. as if they speak any english they are whispering. everyone including myself kept having to say excuse me multiple times. it was just a bad experience all together. wouldn’t recommend.
Very disappointed. Today was my first visit to this nail studio, and unfortunately also my last. FYI: These are my natural nails, NOT nail extensions or fake nails! I requested my nail design exactly the way I wanted, and everything seemed fine until the end. When the nails were almost finished, I politely asked the staff to add a white ribbon detail. Right after that, she suddenly started speaking Vietnamese or their own language with the other staff, which made me feel very uncomfortable and excluded. She then said, “Okay, but it will be $100 for you” I immediately agreed and said yes, because for me, price was not the issue. I was more than willing to pay even $150 or more, as long as the result was beautiful, neat, and worth the value. But the final ribbon detail turned out very poorly done, messy, uneven, and honestly not aesthetic at all, doesn't looked like ribbon at all!! What upset me the most is not the price, but the fact that the staff mentioned the $100 before even trying to deliver a good result. My expectation is simple: Deliver your best work first, make it pretty, neat, and detailed. After that, you can charge me anything, and I would happily pay with appreciation. But adding such a low-quality detail while talking about price upfront without ensuring quality is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this studio seems to prioritize extra charges over service quality. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place. The ribbon detail speaks for itself.
Didn’t book an appointment, last minute walk in. Ladies were very welcoming even though there were other customers. I asked to have some old builder gel completely removed (which was applied at a different location) and have fresh builder gel applied. So much care was taken during my appointment, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results (pic doesn’t do them justice). So….after lots of searching I have finally found the perfect nail place! Yay
Had my shellac nails done almost two weeks ago. They were amazing for the first week but since then they've been lifting up at the base so I think they were painted too close to the bed!
Henne and the team do a great job. I am particular about the shape I like (short and thinner acrylic). I also bring my own gel polish, which they happily adjust for (it needs strong UV). I've been coming to Beaufort Central Nails for several years now. I am always pleased with the finished product and highly recommend them. Thanks Henne and team!
