I can’t recommend Beauty and Beast highly enough! They’ve done an absolutely fantastic job grooming my one-year-old black poodle. From the moment we walked in, the team was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. “Sparky looked incredible after his session—his coat is glossy, neatly trimmed, and he smelled wonderful too. They handled the boy who can be quite difficult with such care and attention, and it’s clear they understand how to work with energetic young dogs. He came out looking like a show dog, and more importantly, he was happy and relaxed. I’ll be sharing some photos alongside this review so you can see the transformation for yourself—he’s never looked better! Luna was very nervous for her first grooming experience but the wonderful people here made her feel so comfortable, I was instantly confident to leave her in their hands. Luna had a wonderful pampering, I opted for an additional spa treatment to make her day extra special. The cut itself was perfect and just as we discussed, she was cut short enough to not require a return trip too soon, but not too short to lose her scruffy chic character. I would highly recommend the girls at Beauty and the Beast to anyone.

Visited for the first time, and from start to finish was a lovely, professional and easy experience. Got a quick and informative response from a clearly knowledgeable and experienced dog groomer, giving advice on what would suit my dog best. When it came to dropping him off, it was a friendly environment and my dog was settled straight away. Really smart cut and he is much comfier now all his tangles have gone, even a cute bandana too! Really pleased, especially as I hadn’t maintained his coat as well as I should have, so was quite a big job. Glad to have found a lovely place that I trust to look after my dog.
