If I could give 20/10 I would. Staff are kind and patient and very professional. I had an appointment with Trinity today and she spent three hours doing some filler and dysport on me- taking the time to ensure she and I were both happy. She is thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. I was hesitant and anxious about getting filler and my results are so good. Somehow I look years younger but still extremely natural. Nothing was pushed- in fact the opposite. I was told that I did not need an area filled I thought I did. I think it’s also important to note that not much product was used and still incredible results!! I highly recommend!!!

I had my lips filled for the first time with Reichelle yesterday. She was very knowldegeable and explained the entire process perfectly. During the procedure Reichelelle took her time and made sure to perfect every angle as gently as possible. I'm about 26 hours post treatment with very minimal swelling and no brusing. I couldn't be happier with my experience so far, and I will certainly be back soon.

I booked meeting with nurse Trinity. She told me very good ideas what I need for my face. So I listen and chose sculptra to start my first appointment with her. Turns out I love my new look a lot! All of this tired look of face gone by Trinity’s help! Just love it! Only regret is I should see her early! Absolutely 💯 love it!

I have been a loyal client at Beauty Rewind for over three years, consistently receiving Botox treatments every 3–4 months. Until recently, my experiences have been excellent, and I want to emphasize that my provider has always delivered outstanding service—my concerns are in no way a reflection on her professionalism or skill. However, during my last visit, I received 47 units of Botox that had absolutely no effect—none whatsoever. When I returned two weeks later, the staff agreed there was no visible result. My provider re-treated my forehead with 12 units (at no charge) to determine whether the issue was with me or the product. This time, the Botox worked exactly as expected. Four months later, I received my usual dose again, and it worked perfectly, confirming that the previous batch was the problem. Despite my long and consistent history with Beauty Rewind, the only remedy offered for the ineffective treatment was a hydrafacial. The business did follow up with the manufacturer, who claimed there was no issue with the lot number, but my experience clearly shows otherwise. Their explanation—“sometimes this happens”—felt dismissive, especially given my loyalty and the clear evidence that the product failed. I had hoped that, as a regular client, Beauty Rewind would stand behind their product and offer a re-treatment for the ineffective dose, rather than a facial. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I essentially threw away nearly $400. Overall, I would have hoped for a higher standard of customer service.
