This is a female owned company with good reviews. Florence is truly lovely and extremely busy. She comes to your house and provides a quote before the first cleaning. The first service was excellent. The two subsequent cleanings were disappointing. Surfaces were missed and art damaged. Despite a promise to have consistent cleaning teams so they are familiar with the house, we had 3 entirely different teams each time. Post cleaning communication is slow, mainly because Florence is so busy. There is definitely room for improvement, particularly in working around delicate and valuable art in the home.
