The service was excellent. Rick was very patient and competent, especially since there was a problem with the door (unrelated to him & he had to come back). I was not even charged for the second visit. Highly recommend this service.

I called Bees Keys because they were recommended to me by several neighbors. I was able to get on the schedule for the very next day! August came out and fixed the lock on our door (all it needed was a new internal screw, which we of course had no way of knowing). He was beyond kind, very knowledgeable, diligent, and was cognizant of the short window of time I had for someone to be at the house. I was very pleased with the service Bees Keys provided, and will definitely be calling them again in the future should we have any more issues with locks!
