I used BEK for a local move & junk removal. The experience was great from start to finish. I appreciated the ability to submit a precise inventory online & that I was able to plan the move via email. The estimate I was provided was spot on. The staff who set up my move were great - even responded to me after hours on Sunday when I had a last minute question. The moving crew were fast, efficient, and friendly. We ran into some difficulties moving a fragile tv, but they were able to problem solve to get it safely moved. Even with the tv issue that took some time, they were able to complete the move a little quicker than the estimated time. Highly recommend & I will definitely be using BEK for my next move.
Great, hardworking people! Tyler and Mercedes are a joy to speak to on the phone. Very patient, professional, and helpful! The two men sent to help us were also very hardworking and professional. They did not start the one hour timer until they actually started working which meant we got every pennies worth during the time they helped us unload our box truck into storage. Would absolutely use this company again due to our wonderful experience start to finish!
We had a great experience with BEK Moving Company. We were supposed to move 2 days sooner but this was cancelled due to a winter storm. They found a way to squeeze us into their schedule the next business day. It was rough because of a second round of snow but they made it look easy on their part! The crew was very punctual. They were all very respectful, showed a lot of care handling our belongings and moving through our home, and helped us out with moving some extra pieces around the house that weren’t even part of the move. Communication was great from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again!
We had a truly great experience with BEK Moving from start to finish. The whole process they made very easy for us, which was so nice after dealing with the stress of buying a new home. Entering all of our inventory onto their website was very easy. I had a lot of questions leading up to the move about adding and removing things to the inventory, and they always responded promptly, and were very helpful. On the day of the move the guys arrived on time and worked very efficiently. They wrapped all of our stuff up and moved everything with care. They moved everything out of our old house and into our new house in 4 hours, and our final cost was less than what was estimated because of how quickly they did everything! We greatly appreciated them taking apart and putting back together all of the beds, tables etc. Austin and his 3 man crew were so great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone moving in STL! If we ever move again, we will 100% being using BEK again.
Nice kids that came out and worked in the heat. But… my refrigerator line waterline and power cord got crushed as they were moving it out. So when we arrived at my new home my nice new fridge was completely useless leaving me to scramble to move all my food. I called and asked about helping me out with the fridge because it was damaged and rendered useless. I basically got an email telling me there is nothing they can do. I explained I understand that if the fridge was in a scratch and dent situation because you can still use the fridge then. This was different, I now had a $3000 fridge that does nothing. Thanks BEK for saying no 5 ways via email for the repairs I had to make. Be a human being and look at it from my pov. You rendered my appliance useless and you denied and chose to do nothing. 🐴💩customer service
