Buyer Beware - They do not guarantee their jewelry. Purchased less than 6 months ago and the end came off. When I brought it back in they stated they only guarantee their jewelry for a standard 30 days. For the price you pay for jewelry at this store there should be a warranty provided for especially longer then 30 days!
One of my favorite shops. They have the cutest candles and jewelry. The customer service is always 100% everytime. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Fantastic boutique! I love this shop! The selection of beautiful and quality clothes that surprisingly are trendy and classic at the same time is appreciated. I've shopped here over a year and found fantastic clothes, jewelry, and hair accessories. They also sell candles in gorgeous antique dishes -- and they can be refilled. Darling place!
Super cute shop with a little bit of everything and a whole lot of fun! Loved browsing through the cute clothes and beautiful jewelry. Found a few hair clips in a size I haven't seen anywhere else. The staff was welcoming and really helpful. My favorite were the custom candles using vintage glass pieces. So unique that you can bring them back in for refills. Great shop!
I was immediately greeted by many employees as I walked through the door. For me, it is a huge indication of the customer service I will be receiving. They asked me what I was looking for and I mentioned I needed clip on earnings. Though they didn’t have any options for me in the store, they quickly recommended another bishop arts business with vintage jewelry. I was super happy to see how they were supporting other local businesses in the area. After coming back from the other shop, I knew I still wanted to support their business, so I came back to look for a necklace. One of the employees was very patient with me and showed me all of their chain options. I explained I was looking for a longer chain, and she quickly found me exactly what I was looking for! I left with a necklace that I now wear every day!!! I am so happy I stopped by!
