I’ve had a great experience at Bella Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, especially with my Invisalign treatment. The team truly cares about the health of my teeth and always makes sure I’m comfortable and informed. The amenities are amazing, Netflix, massage chairs, pillows, and scented towels really set them apart. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I’ll be honest, I’ve never liked going to the dentist. But the team here truly makes the experience so much better! They take the time to explain every step, making sure you feel like their top priority. Plus, the Netflix and headphones are an amazing bonus!
Had my first appointment here today and they were so kind and accommodating! All of the staff are so so kind! Gabby did my cleaning and she's truly so good at her job! The ladies there explained everything very clearly and made me feel so comfortable asking questions! It was a great experience!
Hello everyone, Had a horrible customer experience today. I wasn’t aware of a balance due for my cleanings back from July. Whether I forgot or not, I was shown attitude when I went today. The lady in the front with blonde hair stated “you have to pay the balance due and today’s cleaning is $89.” The wrong address was on file from 3 years ago. My child has medical issues and is pending surgery. I asked for a payment arrangement and it was denied due to “that’s what you told me last time.” So instead of inquiring of my next paydate this Friday, I had to reschedule my appointment till January. Lack of customer service, rude and compassion at a minimum. If I’m expected to talk to someone with compassion at work, I expect the same. As well as the fact, instead of calling to confirm appointments you can ask of updated addresses and contact numbers. Most providers ask every appt if your contact information is right, and make clients aware of a balance instead of sounding like a child to the public. My kids and health come first, and I’m disappointed of today’s events and how I was spoke to. Sounds like yall are more of a business than respecting customers and their health and consistently making people aware of a balance prior to an appointment.
BEST DENTIST OFFICE I’VE HAD! Beautiful office with nice amenities during your visit including massage chair, Netflix, etc. all staff are fantastic from the front office to the hygienists to the doctor (I especially love Guadalupe). Quality of care is excellent with modern technology.
