If you are an upcoming bride, RUN from this place!!! Renting this venue was the wost decision of my entire wedding planning and if I could only pick one thing to change it would be NOT PICKING BELLA VIE. 1. communication is horrible, no one knows whats going on there, staff is not in correlation with one another whats so ever 2. I rented the place for 150 guests but was told 2 months before my wedding when I sat down with one of the coordinators, that they could only seat 130 comfortably.... 2. They claim they are apart of the church and the renting of the venue supports their expenses HOWEVER I caught them lying about this multiple times and I have text proof of them attempting to change my chairs and back ground becuase they "belonged to the church which was completely seperate from the venue" but when I first toured the sales pitch was that the espenses help the church and mission expenses?? 3. Invoice issues, I have an accounting background and I kept noting that my invoices were increasing over time as if it was accumulating interest, then I noticed a "credit card fee" that kept fluxating and get this, it wasnt a third party charging the sketchy fee it was them manually editing the invoice. AND my payments were being made in cash so why was this fee on there in the first place? 4. They kept my deposit because they found a vape, and vaping is against their rules. When I asked for a picture they blocked me and then cashed my $1000 check. Oh and they tried using my wedding as content and they blocked me on social media as well LOL TRASH PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. NOT TO MENTION THE CLEANLINESS OF THIS PLACE, TOILETS NOT WORKING, OVERGFLOWING TRASH CANS, SMALL PARKING LOT ( ANOTHER THING WE WERE LIED TO ABOUT, THEY TOLD US BY THE TIME WE HAD OUR WEDDING THE PARKING LOT WOULD BE EXTENDED, THAT WAS A LIE) THE HORRIBLE HVAC SYSTEM THEY HAVE, THE CLUELESS OWNER AND STAFF MEMBER THAT WAS LEFT AS A VENUE COORDINATOR COULD NOT EVEN PULL BACK BLINDS, SECURITY HAD TO HELP CAUSING ME TO GO DOWN THE ISLE AT THE WRONG TIME. I COULD GO ON AND ON. there are so many other kind, legit venues to go with in lubbock. I would recommend anywhere else!
We absolutely LOVE this Lubbock venue. Weddings, baby showers, Christmas parties, you name it. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and peaceful. The owners and staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly pay attention to all the details. With clean walls and so much natural light you truly can turn any room into the event of your dreams!! We are having our baby shower there in March and cannot wait to celebrate at Bella Vie!!
This place is absolutely amazing. Very beautiful and the owner is so sweet, thoughtful and kind. I attended my son's wedding here and I was blown away by the beauty and elegance of this place. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Lubbock Texas please visit here before making your decision. My cell phone pictures really don't give this place justice.
My apologies to Bella Vie! I guess I missed the parking lot sign! oops! ;) Really nice venue. My son hosted an event there, recently. Never knew it was out there. Parking lot is s little small...other than that, we enjoyed the place!
Wir haben diesen Ort für unsere Hochzeit gewählt, weil alles daran wunderschön ist. Wir hatten unsere Hochzeit am 1. Juli 2017. Es war ein heißer Tag, aber im Gebäude war die Temperatur perfekt (mein Kleid war dick, also weiß ich sicher, dass die Temperatur richtig war). Alles war so sauber. Das hat mir gefallen. Die Inhaber haben mir bei allem geholfen, mir Ideen für die Hochzeit gegeben und mir beim Aufbau geholfen. Sie sind wirklich wunderbare Menschen. Sie haben da eine Art Engel, der ihnen hilft; ihr Name ist Dawn. Lass mich dir von ihr erzählen: Sie hat mir jenseits jeder Vorstellung geholfen. Sie hat uns durch das Probedinner geführt. Sie hat mir bei den kleinen Details geholfen, von denen ich keine Ahnung hatte. SIE HAT MEINE HOCHZEITSTORTE GERETTET (die market street ruiniert hat). Sie war ein Engel in meiner Hochzeit. Ich wünsche ihr und den Inhabern viel Segen. Dieser Ort hat meine Traumhochzeit wahr werden lassen. Dieser Ort wird für immer in meinem Herzen sein.
