My first time getting extensions and let me tell you I won’t ever go back here. They started my install at around 1pm super fake nice staff. I asked if they had time they said yes in between my install she left to attend to another client for almost 30 plus mins. Bri apologized I was totally fine with it because at first she seemed so caring and like she really cared about my service. 6pm comes and she is not even half way done with the last box of hair and says we are done we ran out of time did not even offer me to come back tomorrow I asked if she could please finish bc I already already paid for hair and installation over 1000$ she agreed obviously not really wanting to after that attitude changed rushed through the last part I felt so uncomfortable. Take your hard earned money elsewhere these people are sharks. I’m a single mom and saved money all year long to be able to finally do this for myself after years of being on the fence about it for me to have this experience. I don’t mean bad on anyone but I have to be honest on this review so no one else will experience the same.
I am extremely disappointed with this Bellami clip-in set. I purchased the white blonde, no-root highlight shade, and the quality was nothing like what Bellami advertises. The first time I tried to curl the extensions, the hair immediately changed color to a strange purple tint-something I have never experienced with any other brand. My professional stylist suggested washing them, but after washing, the hair became completely matted, frizzy, and unmanageable. It no longer looks smooth, shiny, or wearable. When I tried to gently brush it out, huge amounts of hair came out, and the wetts started to look like old, damaged doll hair. These were brand-new, worn once, and treated with care. For the price Bellami charges, this is unacceptable. I expected premium quality, but instead the extensions ruined themselves after just one styling attempt. I cannot use them at all now. Very disappointed and would not recommend this product.
Bree was amazing. She was able to color match my hair exactly to my extensions and took great care to make sure I was satisfied. It’s been a long time since I found such an artistic and caring stylist like Bree. My son is getting married next week and I am so blessed I found her when I did. I would give 10 stars if I could.
I had the most amazing experience at Bellami Hair Studio. The stylist and staff were very helpful in helping me choose the correct extensions color wise and then went over the various options for having them installed and also showed me how to use clip in extensions so that I could make a very educated decision since this was my first time looking into extensions. The vibe and staff were amazing along with being patient with answering all my questions. I high recommend Bellami Hair Studio if you’re looking for an amazing hair extension experience. ❤️
I went in to get color matched for my wedding and I had Bri! She was so helpful with getting my exact color & debriefing me on the differences in extensions. It was fast & easy and I feel so much more at ease about my choice! Will be coming back again!
