Came to Seattle on holiday for the first time a few days ago. Very overcast, cold, foggy day with slight rain. We were running late due to a stomach illness one of our party members was just getting over. I called in to notify and the man on the line was very nice and said we had a grace period of 10-15 mins if we could make it in, or if we didn't want to rush, he was able to reschedule us to a slightly later time. So we rescheduled. The stars aligned: our tour guide was Sara(h?) and she was awesome! Funny, upbeat, and extremely enthusiastic about the history of the city. Had everyone laughing, asking questions, and very attentive; the crowd engagement and her command of the material as well as the room is commendable. I left more informed and feeling more appreciative of the city and her struggles and feat of rebuilding that she had to go through to become the Seattle we know today. Glad we were able to reschedule! If only she had been my history teacher growing up! Absolutely a must-do when you visit Seattle!

The tour itself isn’t that big a deal, because you are mostly looking at pictures hanging on the wall inside a smelly underground space (be sure to bring a mask). However, our tour guide, Patti, was very fun, friendly and knowledgeable. She taught me more about the history of Seattle than the underground itself. She also introduced me to the Klondike museum which I really love. Overall it’s a great and unique experience for developing a basic sense of the city, so I would recommend it.

Came to Seattle to see a comedian and decided to do an Underground tour last minute. Tickets were easy to buy on the website ($30 each). Arrived early and was able to get out of the cold by walking downstairs to the warm basement until the tour began. Tour guide was great, the locations underground were kind of boring. I learned a little about Seattle's beginning as a logging town and about its construction. Don't bring high expectations. It was just ok.

We had a great tour with Dave. Tight shpeals, well thought out crowd jokes (yes, I lived with someone who tour guided for many a year). Good pacing, patient with the group. The route was well thought out, the information was presented in a really easy to digest way. A very affordable tour for a really great Seattle 101. I only wish we would have done it earlier on our trip!

Great tour beneath the streets of Seattle. Richard was our guide and was super witty and very informative. We learnt so much about the history of Seattle and this is a great way to spend an hour and is something totally unique. You will visit areas not accessible any other way, beneath the city sidewalks. Thanks Richard for such a great tour.
