Just had a new water heater installed. David did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable & professional. Extremely pleased with everything.
We had several sewage backups over Christmas, including while we had a house full of company. David Allen arrived quickly due to our emergency situations and fixed each issue, even working with the office to get us the best prices possible. He was knowledgable, sympathetic, and kept us informed. Highly recommend.
Avery and Andrew were here on time, acted respectfully and did a great job fixing a problem we had lived with for too long. We would fully recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again!
Had a small leak coming out of the base of my toilet. I assumed we needed a new wax seal which we have probably replaced three times over the last 12 years that we've owned this house. Called Benjamin Franklin. First time I've ever had them out and they quote us $540 to replace the wax seal. I found that the most absurd pricing ever. I will obviously not be using them and looking around for more realistic fix. And yay they still charged me $79.99 just to come out waste my time. Also, weird that all their texts refer me to use McCarthy's HVAC system and their texts assume that I'm getting HVAC work done. This company doesn't seem transparent or trustworthy to me. But the actual technician that came out was a gem. Very honest and very helpful.
Genuinely love this current team and have worked with various techs, all capable and caring. But JOSH is thee one! Super thoughtful, super kind and super smart. Most recently, he went above and beyond and took care of our home in the best way possible. He was transparent and considerate of our circumstance and gave reasonable recommendations that genuinely made sense for our home. If you've worked with him and were unsatisfied, you might be the problem. Thank you Josh and team!
