Made an online appointment and was contacted the same day to have someone come in one day. Customer service was exceptional especially considering rd conditions due to recent wintery weather. The technician Jeff Gulliver was great as well with getting everything set and up and explaining what went wrong and things to look out for. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone in the triad for their plumbing needs.

My water heater stopped working on Wednesday morning and I didn't realize that until 7pm that night. I contacted Benjamin Franklin responded and they presponded instantly. We scheduled an appointment over text (which is really cool) for 9 am next morning. Then I realized I got some leaking from my kitchen ceiling (through the light hole) and I freaked out and texted them again. Adam was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked me through shutting the water heater off step by step through a mix of calls and pics. Then Sebastian and Adam showed up on time next morning and did a great job. This will be my to-go place for any plumbing issues too. Also, the price was very reasonable. Thank you guys!

We had an excellent experience working with this team to install a whole-home water softener, water filter, UV light, hot water recirculation loop, and a new tankless water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to quality. Nick was especially thorough, taking the time to ensure every detail was done right and that we were completely satisfied with the results. He was a pleasure to work with, as were Tripp and Adam—friendly, respectful, and clearly dedicated to making sure the job was done to a high standard. Overall, a fantastic group of guys who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
