Cannot recommend this shop enough. I bought my dress off the rack, it was several sizes too big and she made it fit like a GLOVE, fixed all the small imperfections, and did the CUTEST bustle that made my dress look so elegant when bustled up. Mind you, she did all of this in about two months! Thank you so so much Emma!

I took a suit in for alterations and Emma did an outstanding job. The turnaround time was fast with no rush, fees and the quality of her work was exceptional. I highly recommend her for any high end garment.

As a plus size bride who is very short, I needed a lot of alterations to ensure that the dress fit perfectly. Emma took her time and wasn't satisfied until she could see that I was comfortable in the dress. She is very honest and skilled in her craft. Everyone said that the dress looked like it was made for me thanks to Emma!

Emma’s work is amazing. She altered my dress to fit my body perfectly. Even adding appliqué to reduce the cleavage a bit. The second fitting was quick and the adjustments were exactly what I wanted. I cried again like I did when I originally said “yes” to the dress.

I had a really disappointing experience at this bridal alteration shop. From the start, there was a complete lack of guidance. I expected a professional to walk me through what needed to be done, but instead I felt like I was leading the entire appointment. If I hadn’t been asking questions and speaking up, the appointment would have been over in 10 minutes—even though it’s advertised as an hour. There was little to no attention to detail. She didn’t ask important questions, like whether I wanted the dress to fit like a glove, and didn’t take the time to ensure everything looked right. She didn’t even pin the hem for me to see how it would actually look, which is a basic expectation during a fitting. On top of that, there was a lack of transparency. Nowhere on the website does it say that you need to bring your own materials for customizations, which I only found out during the appointment. Even more frustrating, there’s no mention that she only does one pinning session and requires you to leave your dress immediately. You’re not given time to think about whether she’s the right fit for you, and if you ask her to unpin the dress, she won’t accept you back as a customer. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and inflexible. I would not recommend this place to any bride looking for a supportive and collaborative alterations experience.

Emma was absolutely amazing to work with! She made both of my wedding dresses (one for the ceremony, one for the reception) fit me like a dream--I've never looked better!--and many guests also complimented me on the off-shoulder sleeves I asked for her to create for my dress, saying they made the whole look. She was so caring, warm, kind, and easy to work with, and so accommodating as well! Don't hesitate to use her for any alteration needs!
