I went in to look at laptops because my 10 year old one crashed. They have associates that just help answer your questions and two different ones came to offer assistance. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. When it was time to make my purchase, I was handed over to someone else, who helped me even more. I will definitely go back for any of my electronic needs.
Best customer service ever!!! I wanted to buy a camera but there was only ONE left in the whole city of Houston. The manager Jesus D. and his associate Liz G. handled it extremely well. They both went above and beyond to get me my camera and so it happened! Thank you so much!!
Worst customer service out of all the Best Buy’s. The advisors are nice and kind. The general manager needs to be trained by them. Not helpful at all. I wanted to simply ask a question about the product I’m buying.
Our to go for fast and convenient shopping. I can find almost everything I need without having to buy online or wait for delivery. It’s also a great place to walk around and discover new tech I didn’t even know existed. Great customer services!
