The sell person didn’t put the stackable kit in the order. The delivery should be between 7 am to 11 am. The delivery company that is JB hunt showed up at 6 am, put the machines in the dining room and the other in the kitchen blocking. They didn’t remove the old ones and now we have to wait until next week for the installation. Horrible service, rude people that says you have your delivery and when I questioned the delivery time not explanation. This is the second time that I have problem with a delivery from Best Buy. Costumer service can’t solve anything, they don’t have solution to the problems.
The manage she is very nasty, she has to be nice with the clients, I am reporting this person she has a tatoo in her left hand, better to Best Buy corporate fired her asap. I bought the item from this location and she has to return it right away, I told her I dont need cash just a gift card to get other items. But she didnt , we have a right to report her. Thank you
if i could give this place negative stars i would. i went to the best buy near miami international and they told me they didn’t have what i needed and to go to the dadeland store as they will be open for one more hour. i asked the worker one more time to ensure they would be open he said they would be open for one more hour. i double check by checking online as well it says nine. i go to the dadeland best buy and the doors are shut. it is eight twenty. i ask the person and he said they close at eight. i say it says online that it’s nine and also the other best buy told me differently. he says the door says eight. i say no it doesn’t (i will attach this photo for you) then his coworker attempts to bring out a tv for a pickup order. he drops the tv. we can hear the drop through the door which is shut and locked. i tell the man who is picking up the tv he would be wise to keep his receipt. the employee once again says we close at eight. i walk away in defeat and buy the exact same thing for the exact same price at target downstairs. i will not be back to best buy this is in the top three worst customer service experiences ive ever had in my time on this earth.
I completely would understand why they have so many bad reviews service is trash, in internet saids that Best Buy closes at 9 pm I got there at 8 pm to buy a computer then I ask to the person that is on the door JEFFREY and he saids” congratulations is closed” and he proceeds to closed the door in my face. Very bad experience never coming back to this store ever again. And for you Jeffrey I hope they check the cameras and they can promote you to a customer instead.
