Fantastic place! Girls greet you with smiles and kindness. Past reception is a calm inviting room to wait for service. Joy does amazing Reiki Massages, highly recommended. Great great energy! Lisa is so knowledgeable, caring and provides great facials, chem peels and incredible back exfoliation. They care here! Genuinely a great place to unwind and treat yourself to a day of spa services Thanks for the impeccable customer service.

I treated myself to a massage with David. It was such a therapeutic and healing experience. I went ahead and got a membership, because it is a fantastic deal, and now I know I can get a much needed massage every month. I wish it was already time for another. 😭

I’ve had 3 great massage therapists at Best Estie Day Spa: Gabi (who unfortunately does not work there anymore), Steven and Mariah. All 3 are proficient in injury work, trigger point and deep tissue massage techniques. If you don’t want the fluff and buff massage experience and are looking for pain relief, go see Steven and Mariah. The staff is extremely accommodating and understanding as well. I’m thrilled that a friend recommended Best Estie Spa. I commend everyone who works there. Thank you. Monique Lorimer

This is a review of their clerical errors not their massage services! Overall their monthly membership is a good value and massages are your typical good massages. But I have run into a variety of clergical errors throughout having a membership. First time was I tried scheduling an appointment for a person on my membership. Once my guest had arrived, they said that they don't do appointments that are on the :30 minute marks, only on the top of the hour so he waited for 30 minutes. Okay no big deal, it was annoying that they told me my appointment time was okay and then ended up changing it last minute. Second time, I had really liked the massage therapist I previously had at a different appointment so I had asked for her my next appointment. They said she was working and booked it but turns out she wasn't working the day that I showed up for my appointment. Again just let it slide. My last annoyance was I called back in June to cancel. They later texted me that day saying I needed to email to fully cancel. Cancelled back early in August when I emailed. When I emailed, there was no mention of "hey we actually already cancelled you". Called today and they told me all my remaining credits expired because it was cancelled back in June. Overall it's a good value and I had intentions of going back when my time was more flexible . However these annoyances and the inconsistency are not worth it.

Found them on $12 Groupon for an hour massage. My LMT Steven was amazing! As an LMT myself for 20+ years, I couldn't believe how detailed and attentive he was to my needs. Very cute place and professional staff. I ended up buying a monthly membership and have referred 3 people there! You won't be disappointed. Both Steven and Andre are top notch!
