I love this store. The employees really rock and they seem to know exactly where everything should be, and believe it or not they are almost always right. If you go in plan to spend a lot of time as they have an awful lot of great stuff to look through. And I don’t think their prices are that bad. It’s true that some local used book stores are priced lower but this store has so much more to see. Do yourself a favor and stop in there sometime and give yourself plenty of browsing time. Don’t be shy about asking questions about where things are or do they even have it. The girls won’t bite you, heck they won’t even look at you funny. Good luck and great reading.
So many books! They've got hardcover and paperbacks in all the genres. Tons of fiction, romance, and fantasy; but also a good supply of self-help, politics, religion, and educational. Plus some I'm sure I missed! Great staff and atmosphere!
I've visited almost all the secondhand bookstores around Central Florida, and this one's not quite at the top of my list. The selection, especially for non-fiction, is great--I've discovered some gems! But the prices are really high compared to other similar stores, and honestly, the place could use a little more organization, particularly in the music and some book section. That said, the staff were very nice and attentive, which definitely added a positive touch!
I loved the store. The ladies were very nice. Huge selection. I didn’t think the prices were too bad. I loved all the unique items they had.
Going to the bar next door, I've always been too late to walk inside. Looking through the windows, I've seen items I'd be interested in. Today, I've finally been able to walk around inside. This place reminds me of when I was young walking the flea market with my late grandfather. THEY HAVE ALMOST EVERYTHING! The entire staff is personable and willing to help/answer your questions. I'll definitely be back due to not being able to walk all the aisles before they closed. Some reviews state that the store is disorganized (obviously due to uncaring customers) But, just like I did, put some items BACK where they belong if/when you can. I personally purchased a record I just happened to see in the open/ wrong spot (All in the family). I never knew nor heard of a record made for that TV show. They have MANY records and "special" recorded that I'll also post in my review pics! VHS tapes, DVDs, 8 tracks etc... Ty all again, I'll definitely be back!
