I had another company assess our 85” TV and they recommended replacing it, as the repair cost would be higher than purchasing a new one. Out of curiosity, I brought the TV to Bestech for a second opinion, and I’m very glad I did. They repaired it for $700 and even included TV legs and a new power cord after I mentioned I had misplaced mine. Excellent service and a great experience overall—I highly recommend Bestech.

My 27 month old Samsung 55"Qled 70 TV Started to Power Cycle. Samsung suggest to take to BestTech Calgary. I Paid $52.50 to have a Tech look at it. A week later I was told by bestech over the phone the LCD Panel is Broken and it would cost me $1100 dollars for a new one , with a 90 day warranty. I said (ridiculous) since I paid less than one thousand, brand new with 24 month Warranty. BestTech was quick to point out (They would dispose of the TV at no charge). I thought, sure and BestTech would use the 30 month old TV for parts. I thought that I would pick TV up and sell it for parts. I got it home. Plugged it in. It cycled for about 10 minutes and came on. It’s been 32 months used every day and the TV is still working like new. How can this be? since BestTech diagnosed the TV with a broken LCD PANEL and wanted $1100. to repair it. Stay away from this Company.
