What an amazing establishment to get any services done from the receptionist to the people working in mechanics. The most honest down-to-earth people you could deal with an absolutely exceptional service. I highly recommend anybody needing anything done regarding their vehicles to come to these guys. They’re absolutely the best.
Great place to bring your vehicle in, I got a tire alignment, new brakes & rotors installed, the service on my vehicle was done really well! Any questions I had the team was efficient & knowledgeable which helped make the process easy and smooth.
I needed tires for my Camaro ASAP, a five minute phone call, next day availability and installation, done! Great service! Wait, EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Went over and above to accommodate this “out of towner!” More than a tire shop…full mechanical! Big smiles, on everyone’s face who worked there! Can’t say enough about Bestway Tire!
TLDR: okay in an emergency, but be prepared for a bad experience, to be lied to and be prepared to over-pay and potentially get back a damaged key. A very sour experience. Tires were a bit expensive. What would have costed me 400 at Costco cost me 600 here. So I ended up downgrading to a cheaper set. The place is good for urgency, but if you have time there would be no reason to go here. Plus, over the phone they said they would let me check the underside of my car as a favour, but in the shop they said I needed to pay. Just to be able to see the underneath of the car. Literally 2 minutes. I wouldn’t say they are bad people but the business practice is not the best. But the worst is that I got my key back with a missing button. They told me to buy a casing from Amazon and that they would pay for that, but that’s just more work for me. The worst was just the undermining like it’s no big deal because it’s not an OEM key, but it still cost me $100 bucks to get it programmed and now it’s scuffed with less functionality. It ruined my already bad day.
Tony and Vince here are great to deal with. Were able to get both my vehicles in and out quick on a Saturday for tire replacements. Prices were good and the shop and waiting area are a nice clean facility. Definitely will be coming back here and recommend Bestway tire!
