Blake and his crew were phenomenal! We couldn’t be happier with the work this painting company did on our home. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. The crew was respectful of our space, kept everything clean and organized, and finished right on schedule. The quality of the paint job is outstanding and it completely transformed our home. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality painting work and we hope to use them again when we decide to tackle the inside of our home.
My neighbor recommended BGB Painting when it was time for my house to get painted. Kendall was professional and throughout with his itemized costs so I knew shat options I had. The painters were also thorough with their prep-work. I love how it turned out. Don’t tell my neighbors, but I really believe I have the best looking house paint on the street.
BGB we’re fantastic! They were very quick to schedule with and the processes from start to finish was super easy and efficient. They even worked with us after a few reschedules due to delayed approval from our HOA. The exterior looks fantastic and the crew was super professional.They left the job very clean. Would highly recommend them for your next project.
Stay away from BGB Painting!! BGB Painting is absolutely the worst painting company I've used. Here's a summary of my experience: 2017: Hired them to paint our exterior. They simply slathered on the paint after minimal prep, and gave us a 10-year warranty on the work. I posted a negative review about their lack of prep. They showed up at my door the next day, and tried to offer me $50 to change my review, which I declined to do. 2021: Needless to say, we had paint peeling in several areas by 2021. I had to threaten to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors before they came out to fix the problem areas. 2023: Additional areas started peeling this year, and it took multiple calls and emails before they sent a guy out. They are very unprofessional, and fail to show up for scheduled appointments. They guy who came had been told it was minor work, despite my having sent them photos of the work to be done & informed them that it would take the better part of a day. He also showed up without a ladder! Subsequently, they disclaimed all responsibility for the peeling paint and have walked away from their worthless 10 year warranty. They offered to have the paint company inspect the areas, but I declined, since the paint company cannot be considered a neutral arbiter, as BGB is a customer of theirs. See the attached photos - the cracks are due to a lack of their fixing the stucco and priming prior to painting back in 2017 . Buyer beware! Given that they tried to offer me money to change my original negative review, one should not trust them or the reviews on their site.
BGB did an excellent job. Not only were the painters precise and neat, the patching crew found spots to repair that I had missed. Their prices are reasonable and their work was high quality! I would definitely recommend them to others.
