I cannot say enough great things about this team. Kevin, Juan, Carlos, & Thor all went above and beyond to make sure my new siding, gutters, & replacement flood lights were perfect. I also had a replacement back double-door put in by David, who did an absolutely amazing job. My home is 30 years old and they made it look brand new. Angela is fantastic as a Project Manager and will do anything needed to make sure you are happy with the team's work during and even after it is complete. Beverly was always helpful with any admin needed as well. Josh (owner) has a team set up for continuous success in this business. He & Miguel were more than helpful, professional, & all around pleasant during the quoting process. You will not find a more quality-driven, affordable company to do business with. Thank you all!!!
I had several estimates for new gutters and guards, but Thor at Big Anchor Roofing most impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. He listened to my concerns and explained everything very well; he is very experienced in this work. Thor and the crew arrived on time, crafted the gutters and downspouts on site, did a great job, cleaned up and hauled away old gutters. I’m very pleased with their workmanship, communication, and professionalism.
This is the second time we have used Big Anchor. The first was for complete replacement of our gutter. The work was perfect and the workers were efficient, polite, professional and the cleanup was just right. This time they replaced the roof which is extremely steep. Other contractors would not touch it. Again the outcome was excellent. The workers were as before: professional, skilled and thorough. The price was not excessive and we felt it was fair and appropriate. The entire team each did their job with a great outcome.
It was time to get our gutters replaced and I did my homework, getting 4 quotes in all. Thor was our guy, and he really worked with us to stay within budget and never tried to up-sell us on anything. After the job, we decided we wanted a longer gutter in one area and it took awhile for them to come back. But in the end, they made it right and we’re very happy with our new gutters. I highly recommend Big Anchor!
I cannot praise Big Anchor Roofing and Gutters enough. My husband and I needed the vinyl paper on the columns to our front porch and multiple areas of fascia around the house, shed and dog house repaired after it had worn off. I send a request text to the company. Within 2 hrs I had a return text. I was offered appt options. Thor, their amazing salesmen communicated an hour before hand to be sure I was still available. He showed up at the arranged time. We felt he had a great understanding of what we wanted done. He worked efficiently taking measurements and we had an estimate before he left. Thor reached out the day I signed the contract online and said they had a cancellation and could start the following day. His crew showed up on time and worked well with each other. They were clean, provided a great job and picked up all of their material. In addition, I loved the continued communication from Thor who checked in a couple of times during the project as well as checking in after it was finished to be sure we were satisfied. We definitely recommend Big Anchor Roofing and Gutters! Thank you!
