Biggest mistake in homeownership was hiring this company. If you want to spend $15k+ on a new unit, only for it to start having problems 3 years later, this is the company for you. Their 10 year warranty only covers parts but their labor warranty is only 1 year. This warranty is absolutely useless because of that. If you have a problem on year 2, they'll charge you thousands just to install the covered part. The people are nice, but I shouldn't have problems with a 3 year old unit, nor should I be charged literally thousands to fix the issue. I was better off with my 20 year old unit. Im moving to a new home that needs a new HVAC and Roof, and I dont even want a bid from this company knowing how their warranty and policies work. I also work for a large homebuilder in the area. I should've just went with the trade my company uses in the Sacramento area rather than trying a new company.
Andrew came out to quote us on converting our wood burning stove to heat pump and installing ducting. He was so professional, personable and thorough! So far we’re really impressed with Big Mountain.
Aaron from Big Heating and Cooling came and serviced my heater and air conditioner for yearly maintenance today. Aaron was very professional and friendly. He was efficient and took his time explaining everything that he saw that needed to be done. He did some maintenance that needed to be done to my air conditioner that would improve the life span of my system. I highly recommend Big Heating and air to all customers. Aaron gave great customer service !!
