They charge $2036 for 6 tires and then couldn't do the job and damage 2 rims. Jimmy was gonna reimburse me for the mounting and balancing and never has. The rims are $800 apiece. Stay away from big o 7 and a 1/2 hours.
This experience kinda sucked. Went to get an oil change. Got the call to upsell some items that needed to be done. Went ahead and did the items they suggested. 270.00 bucks later drove the car home. Next day went to use the windshield wiper fluid. Bone dry. Drive back and said hey I did an oil change and the wipe fluid is empty. The girl at the desk proceeded to tell me that the machine was down. I said well usually when you do a pile change they top off the fluids she said yea the machine is down. I said I don’t have a machine how and I putting the fluid in. She didn’t offer any solutions just said you don’t pay for it anyways. At that time I said oh okay. Called corporate did share my store. Had the store manager call me. Said he was sorry and when I come back to ask for him. Bottom line the customer service sucks and I’ve been a customer there for years. Won’t be going back
Employees are friendly and respectful. Jorge at the front desk was very courteous and professional. He didn't offer any unnecessary job that I don't need. Matthew did a great job fixing my tire. I'm very satisfied with the service and quality of work that was provided to me. 👍 👍 Thank you very much!
Took 90 minutes for two wheel balancing I was the only one there!! For this task. Young guy Left my vehicle very stained with Greece hand prints inside on the seat, steering wheel door panel and fenders. I told the technician and all he said was sorry. Not enough for me..They don't care about costumer care and quality. Last time I go to this location. The balancing came okay.
Excellent service. I came in to replace my front passenger tire. They had the size I needed at a great price. The quoted me, did the work and replaced my tire within an hour. No hidden fees, everything was straight up from the beginning. $77 for the tire, $40 for labor and $22 for shop supplies/taxes. I am very happy with the work they did. I will definitely be coming back to have my other tires replaced here. I highly recommend this specific location
