Genevieve, Eva, and the entire Bill Hansen team were absolutely phenomenal. They are truly such an impressive group — everything was thoughtfully planned, flawlessly executed, and completely seamless. It could not have gone any better. The food was fabulous, and from set-up to tear-down we didn’t lift a single finger. We hosted an 80-person brunch at my family’s home, and they hit it completely out of the park. Truly, any party after this one without the Bill Hansen team would be a miss. Bravo, 5 stars.

We had our wedding at Villa Woodbine and it was truly the most magical experience. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, filled with charm, elegance, and a timeless beauty that made our day feel straight out of a fairytale. The food was incredible, every dish was delicious, and our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed it. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail made us feel completely taken care of. All of our guests had an amazing time, and the atmosphere created at Villa Woodbine made the entire day feel so special. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting for our wedding. Highly recommend Villa Woodbine to any couple looking for a venue that combines beauty, great food, and exceptional service it truly made our day unforgettable.

The whole Bill Hansen team and Sandra Perez in particular truly rock. Sandra took us A to Z, was incredibly transparent about pricing, and the whole team did everything they promised on wedding day and more. The best thing about the Bill Hansen approach is that it's a one stop shop. They did all the rentals, all the food, all the drinks, all the wait and bar staff, all the load in and clean up, and it was just done, on time and with personal attention and care. For example, after the ceremony a waiter brought us a personal platter of every appetizer so we didn't miss out on anything while we did photos and talked to guests. And everything from the tables and chairs to the plates, food and drinks is customizable. They have a great showroom and tasting space at Villa Woodbine where you can go through everything and take your time to get the look and tastes that you want. The team was incredibly responsive, and all the guests loved the food (as did we). They accommodated a variety of rather complex allergies and dietary restrictions (veggie, vegan, nut allergy, dairy allergy, gluten free, and combinations of above). In short, can't recommend them enough. Thanks for making it such a special day Sandra! Bill Hansen catering gehört mit Abstand zu den besten Catering-Unternehmen, mit denen ich jemals das Vergnügen hatte, ihr Essen zu probieren und mit ihnen zusammenzuarbeiten. Ihr Essen ist köstlich, und das zeigte sich an den sauberen Tellern meiner Gäste. Wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir uns dafür entschieden haben, mit Bill Hansen catering für unsere Hochzeit zusammenzuarbeiten. Ich wusste schon immer, dass ihr Essen und ihr Service großartig sind, aber wir haben dennoch andere Optionen geprüft, um den besten Preis zu finden. Am Ende war der Preisunterschied nicht so groß. Ihre Qualität und Professionalität sind der Grund, warum ich sie für ein 5-Sterne-Unternehmen halte. Ein Jahr vor unserer Hochzeit nahm ich Ashley, die Eventproduzentin, Kontakt auf. Sie war absolut fantastisch, mit ihr zusammenzuarbeiten. Sie kam mit uns zu Veranstaltungsorten, um uns zu zeigen, was Bill Hansen zu bieten hat. Sie sind wirklich ein Rundum-Paket, wenn es darum geht, Ihren Hochzeitstag perfekt und makellos zu gestalten! Nachdem wir aufgrund der Schule unseren ursprünglichen Hochzeitstermin verschoben hatten, nahm ich erst ein Jahr später wieder Kontakt zu ihr auf, als wir beschlossen hatten, dass der Zeitraum nach dem Schulabschluss eine perfekte Gelegenheit wäre. Das Einzige war, dass wir jetzt drei Monate Zeit hatten, die Hochzeit unserer Träume zu planen. Ashley war so geduldig mit all meinen Änderungen und Wünschen (und wow, ich habe wirklich viele Änderungen gemacht!). Jede Woche hielt sie mich auf dem Laufenden und stand ständig in Kontakt mit mir, um das perfekte Menü und den Empfang für uns zu gestalten. Es ist ein tolles Gefühl zu hören, wie sehr all meine Gäste unsere Hochzeit genossen haben, und wir könnten mit unserer Entscheidung, mit Bill Hansen zusammenzuarbeiten, nicht zufriedener sein.
