Steve at Bilt-well Roofing installed my parent's roof when they built their house 35 years ago. The roof is still in excellent condition. 5-Star Emergency Service Review for Biltwell Roofing We woke up this morning to heavy rain pouring down, and when we walked into our front living room, we discovered a leak in the ceiling. I immediately started to panic—it was Saturday, a major storm was forecasted for the entire week, and all I could think about was the potential damage to our ceiling, carpet, and even the electrical wiring. I remembered a friend recently telling me how happy she was with the professionalism and customer service from Biltwell Roofing, and she had given me the number for Steve, one of the owners. I called right away. The customer service representative said they would try to schedule someone to come out for an emergency visit, and within an hour I received a call from Steve himself. From the moment we spoke, he put me at ease. He listened to my concerns, asked for photos of the leak, and after reviewing them, told me he would send a foreman out immediately to locate and repair the issue. At 11:55 AM, Roberto and Samuel arrived. I showed them the leak inside the house so they had a general idea of where to check on the roof. They quickly identified the problem, made the repair, and had everything taken care of within an hour. The amount of stress that lifted off my shoulders was incredible. I am so grateful to Steve for hearing the worry in my voice and responding with urgency and compassion. And I can’t thank Roberto and Samuel enough for their efficiency, professionalism, and clear communication. I’d known Bilt-Well has been around a long time so they definitely were one if the companies we called for a roof repair quote. The area was where a slant junctions to a flat area and it had caused the ceiling to crack badly but we never had it drip. The staff were all very professional, the quote was not only prompt but very fair. They are busy but that’s good. The workers were efficient and professional. There’s a 1 year warranty so it’ll be tested then but I feel confident in their work.
