found them on Groupon & treated myself and my fiancé to a spa day. we had a wonderful experience! the facility is very clean, and well stocked with just about anything you might need while you’re here. the staff was very friendly & accommodating as well. we just used the lagoon day pass but i definitely want to come back for a facial & massage. would recommend!
My friend and I vacationed in the area for new years and heard about the lagoon experience through TikTok so we decided to give it a shot. From website: “Our all inclusive Lagoon includes a Hot Tub, Ice Bath, Shower, Steam Sauna, and Dry Sauna.” It originally costs $50 pp but they have a weekday sale for $35 pp! Definitely worth it. We also got a free mimosa since we had our appt on NYE. Wonderful service, didn’t feel judged at all.
Had a really great experience here. My nail tech, Jada (hope I spelled her name right), was licensed and super sweet. The place itself was really nice and everyone was welcoming, such a good vibe overall. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Jada removed my old gel polish and hard gel and it went smoothly. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend.
O.M.G. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JADA AS A NAIL TECH!!!! 💅🏼 I loved her soo much she was awesome!! I don't really get my nails done often or long but when I do I usually been doing gel x lately especially to avoid messy nails so its been a while of getting acrylic and trusting anyone to do acrylic on my nails since my last acrylic experience at a nail salon was bad. This is my first acrylic set in years as I thought I'd give it another shot because I do miss wearing acrylic as my go to and Jada revamped me from the traumatizing experience that kept me from ever trusting anyone again and they are so amazing!! She gave me exactly what I wanted and now I cannot stop admiring them. So I had to write a review immediately with these gorgeous nails. And the best thing is she isn't one to take criticism personally. You tell her what needs to be fixed or what is concerning you in the process. She fixes it no problem. Compared to other places I have been too in my time of visiting places for my nails she doesn't get offended as she prefers you to speak up when something bothers you. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable to do that (even though it was minor concerns). If you are looking for a nail tech who not only wants to understand what you want, that YOU will be leaving with the work on your hands not theirs but also does what you ask without question I recommend going to Jada. She is a gem. ☺️💎✨️
I do not recommend this place for acrylic nails at all! I was in this past weekend for a fresh new set for Mother’s Day and literally cried once I got to my car. While Jada was very sweet I only found out half way through my appointment that she had little to no experience doing acrylics at all! My set turned out extremely uneven, acrylic didn’t even cover my full nail, and the overall result was just very displeasing. It’s been months since I’ve had an opportunity to do something for myself and was embarrassed to have these as my nails on Mothers Day. I just wish she and the salon had been up front that she wasn’t super confident or experienced doing acrylics, I would have gone with gels or just another salon entirely. $85 and this is what I walked out with. Very embarrassing.
