This shop did great work and Ricardo and Carla(Karla?) were very helpful and attentive! They also cleaned up my car some which i did not expect. They even accommodated me to let me pick up my vehicle a little after closing time because I was running from the airport. Always pleasant and welcoming! Hopefully I'll never have to come back.... But if I do, I know where I am going!
WARNING!!! Do not believe the star ratings!! I know what your thinking...one bad review. Well here is the explanation and photos.. I am a veteran and just to warn my brothers and sisters, this is NOT an approved USAA body shop. They have a sticker on their business window but its to advertise that they accept USAA insurance. First of all I had to take my car back to the shop 3 times. They ruined the color of my car. They also ruined the rim on the other side of the accident. There were scratches also on the other side. They did not cover the gas cap and there was dust inside of the gas cap. They could not get the paint right and they zip tied the tire wall. Do take this for what its worth. Don't say that you were never warned. I know chop shops that did better job. There are other shops around. They will promise you it will come out perfect just like mine. A complete nightmare. FUBAR!!!!
Did not fully deploy parking brake on my Mazda MX5, car rolled down the driveway and caused some damage to the front. I choose this shop based on the great reviews and the close proximity to my area. Their work was fantastic and quick. I have been getting daily notifications from the shop about the progress of the repair which is definitely great and gives me an idea of how they are going about doing the work. They also polished my headlights which have been fading badly prior to my accident at no extra cost. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.
Mario was prompt, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to email him pictures of the damage and he gave me a great estimate and stuck to it. I dreaded getting work done and he quickly eased my mind. I was really happy when I didn't have to leave my car overnight! The quote was 1/3 the price of Caliber Collision and easier to obtain. I plan to go back to Black Mountain Collision for any of my future auto body work!
Mario and his team are absolutely top notch. He explained the process capabilities and the result is fantastic. My only regret is my own in that keeping a black car tidy is a very busy affair!!!!! Attentive to concerns open to feedback and simply an OUTSTANDING execution on the work. Thanks Mario. This is no garage queen so will be coming back from time to time for touch ups!
