From the moment we entered the spa space the vibes were impeccable. Erin and her team have created a peaceful sanctuary space right in the heart of Broad Ripple! Josie was incredible to work with. She clearly communicated everything she was doing and why she was doing it. It was the perfect setting for a girl’s day, my friend and I will definitely be back! Run, don’t walk, to Black Swan.
I had the most amazing experience with Erin, the owner of Black Swan. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and kind, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment itself was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating—I truly felt lighter when I left. I use dry shampoo often and didn’t realize how much product was actually sitting on my scalp, even with regular washing. After the treatment, my scalp felt noticeably cleaner, healthier, and so refreshed. Erin is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. I can’t recommend Black Swan enough if you’re looking to relax and give your scalp the care it deserves.
So welcoming and peaceful from the moment we walked in. I treated my daughter and myself to the Head Spa Ritual for Two while she was home from grad school for the holidays. It was incredibly relaxing and wonderful start to finish! I’ll definitely be back to support this woman owned small business! Erin and her staff are lovely and took incredible care of us. Had a much needed spa day with my bestie yesterday as her birthday gift. We absolutely loved the experience from beginning to end. It was indulgent to every sense. The wonderful aroma of relaxing oils, the sound of soothing music, the darkened room with the sound of water, and the relaxing tea ritual invited any tension to leave at the start. We started with the soothing foot soak and massage, then moved to the head spa. Every moment was euphoric and we left feeling lighter and renewed. Erin and her staff are genuine and attentive to the entire experience and I would highly recommend a visit to the Black Swan.
This was amazing! My niece had gifted me the Purify treatment for my birthday. Each step of the process was relaxing- really really relaxing. Erin made me feel completely comfortable and explained each step before beginning. The scalp massage, Halo water therapy, the steam wrap, it couldn't have been better! I didn't even realize it had been an hour. The massaging of the shoulders, neck, and arms was wonderful! I have been recommending Black Swan to all of my friends and I know I will definitely be back!
