All I have to do is tell him the vibe I’m dreaming of (always something last-minute,) and he’ll give me options for the best way to achieve it, the most cost-effective way to achieve it, and also gets creative to give me the best of both worlds. Jillian W is amazing! I went in for a bob cut and she was able to fit me in late on a Friday and did an incredible job! It had been a while since my last cut, so I was a little grown out and she made great suggestions about the length and layers. She kept checking in to make sure I was happy with how much she was cutting and it turned out amazing!
Emily is the best! I knew when searching for a bridal makeup artist, I wanted somebody with experience working with all skin tones and comfortable covering acne. My skin had a flare this year and really affected my confidence, but Emily used her magic to restore my confidence and make me feel so beautiful for my wedding! She uses high end products that set well even in the warm Michigan summer weather. Her prices are very fair for the market she is in and I would go back to her, even if her prices were slightly more. My mother and bridesmaids also raved on how well their makeup looked in person and in pictures. If you want a soft, romantic, TRULY YOU makeup artist, Emily is your girl! I cannot thank her enough for the work she did.
Emily is the BEST stylist I've ever been to. She is an absolute artist when it comes to hair and she genuinely cares about her clients. Emily handles my regular cuts, color, hair extensions and did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She made me feel absolutely fabulous on my wedding day. My hair was flawless, my makeup was perfection, and everything lasted beautifully all day and night. She brought my exact vision to life. When I wanted to grow out my hair and go back to my natural color, she helped me form a plan that would help me transition in a healthy, seamless fashion. To top it off, she's super fun to chat with. Every time I leave her chair, I leave a little happier. If you’re looking for someone who is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and truly cares about making you feel your absolute best, look no further.
Loved my experience at Blend salon! The space is adorable and I felt so welcome … as a bonus they even have fun, fancy coffee options to enjoy during your appointment !! Emily did a great job with my hair and I look forward to returning soon! I would absolutely recommend this salon to a friend.
