I have truly enjoyed coming to Tammy! I stopped getting my nails done, because I could not find someone I liked. I am a “short, square, natural color”girl. To me it’s in the details for my simple style to shine. Tammy always delivers! She does a fabulous job in shape, cuticle work, down to her polishing skills. I highly recommend. I have followed Kim to every location she’s worked at because she is truly the best nail technician in Austin—hands down. Her work is always flawless, consistent, and done with so much care and attention to detail. Kim and her staff are so professional, welcoming, and incredibly talented. She takes her time, listens to what you want, and always delivers beyond expectations. I absolutely love her new location—it’s clean, beautiful, and has such a great vibe. Such a lovely experience at Bling! Mia is an artist and she executed my vision perfectly. I also appreciate how she explained what she was doing so I knew what was happening. I will never trust anyone else with my nails again!!
Unfortunately, I do not live in Austin to revisit the salon to get this corrected, but I booked dip with French tip ($55 on the site) and was told after my service my nails would be $85… because apparently this French is a special design along with I needed my cuticles trimmed some ($10, which wasn’t communicated until I questioned the total). I’m very frustrated considering I got gel polish and it hasn’t been a full week and my nails are already chipping in several places, and quite frankly the precision of the French tip just isn’t there to an additional $20 special design. The salon was clean and staff is nice, but could have done a much better job being transparent about pricing if I obviously booked the wrong service for the look I was trying to achieve.
I had such a wonderful experience at Bling Nail Spa! I came in for a refill with gel painted French tips and Kim did an absolutely amazing job—precise, clean, and beautiful. The attention to detail and the care she put into my nails really stood out. I left feeling so happy with the results, and I’m already planning to come back tomorrow for a pedicure. Highly recommend Bling Nail Spa and especially Kim if you’re looking for flawless work! Jim did an amazing job on my milk and honey pedicure!
