Tom did a outstanding job on my wife's feet and Joy did mine. The massage was epic, she found some knots I didn't know I had and worked them with precision. They both took their time making sure everything was done perfectly and I would highly recommend coming here.
My 8 year old and I are here for a wedding. We had a great experience at this Nail salon! They had a full drink bar at the place to wait at (maybe next time for me!), they offer drinks (adults and kids), the place was very cozy with seasonal decor, and the staff was very welcoming. “Michael” and “Harry” were great. Most nail places usually give my daughter bare minimum because she is young. Michael gave her the full treatment and her nails actually looked manicured for once! They are very kid friendly. We are from an expensive state, so the price was surprising and nice to see. They did a great job and we wish we lived here because this would be our usual spot!
Came here first time yesterday to have a me outing for the first time after having my son. I was impressed how well everything was. I got the bliss delux pedi and a dip powder with tip on my nails and I absolutely love my nails and the pedi felt so good! Also, the chairs they had was great massage! Will definitely go back if I ever get a me day again!
Sam was soo rude! It was my first time ever being at this nail salon that I have been wanting to tryout because I've seen it always so close to my home church, and the first and only time I have been in. Sam suggested I keep going to my old nail person(who was out of town, which is why I tried somewhere different) because I was already used to the wrong way he did my nails as far as shaping goes. I told Sam I wanted sharp square nails and he said I was wrong and that he did my nails square just that my nail bids are so small they have to be skinnier. And I told him that I didn't like them they looked coffin. So I then asked if he could just cut them down and I would do a short square and he was very quiet after he suggested I stay with my old nail person because he was just frustrated the whole time doing my nails. It was very awkward and unprofessional. Do not recommend. I then checked out to pay and noticed my bill was $80.00 for a new set. With a black French tip. I did not tip. It seemed he added his own tip to my bill and didn't even care to say goodbye or a simple thank you. The set came out cute, but was not what I wanted originally or asked for at all!!! The nails with the glitter is the inspo picture that I showed him, and I left with something completely different. All because he was already being so rude because I asked for a more square shape affect than what I was given. But I guess he felt his work was worth $80 for a short set.
Went in for the first time since moving here to Lubbock and this was definitely a ten star experience! I was asked multiple times if I was satisfied so far with what Jessica was doing for my nails. She was also very thorough and definitely skilled! I’ll have to definitely keep coming back to get my nails done by her😊
