Disappointed by inconsistent information and broken promises -- I purchased a membership based on specific terms explained to me by an experienced stylist who assured me I could cancel within the first month and still use one remaining credit. This assurance is what convinced me to sign up. When I called to cancel within the applicable window, I was told I'd been misinformed. However, the manager agreed to honor the credit since that's how the membership was sold to me. Two weeks later when I called to schedule, they reversed their decision and removed the credit entirely, refusing to honor what both the original stylist promised and what management had already agreed to. I understand mistakes happen, but once management committed to making it right, going back on that agreement feels like a bait-and-switch.
Bre did a great job on my hair from beginning to end. She started with showing me two different curls and what they would look like so I could make an informed decision on how I wanted my hair. This was a first and meant a lot of how she takes care of her clients. Bridget
Made an appointment to get a wash and braid for 10 yr old . Rebecca did a fantastic job and was so nice to Charlie Reese and the braids really looked nice! We will return!
My daughter had her hair done for prom. It turned out beautiful and her beach waves lasted all night. Lizzie did a great job. We will definitely be back.
I’m still LOVING the Blo Blow Dry Bar after almost 5 years of being a Mane Squeeze Member and visiting weekly for years. Always LOVE my hair after Amber or Ashley work their magic!! The Blow Blow Dry Bar is AWESOME!!!!
