BlocHaus Bouldering Fyshwick | Canberra ist ein einladendes Bouldering-Gym in Fyshwick, geeignet für Anfänger und erfahrene Kletterer gleichermaßen. Gäste loben freundliches Personal, eine vielfältige, inklusive Atmosphäre und gut gepflegte Wände. Die Anlage bietet eine Slackline, einen familienorientierten Kletterbereich, Duschen und ein Café vor Ort; Tagestickets mit Schuhverleih sind erhältlich.

Speziell konzipierte Routen, die Anfängern beim sicheren Einstieg ins Klettern helfen.
Ein sicherer, eigener Bereich, in dem Kinder klettern und spielen können, abseits der Erwachsenenbereiche.
Vor Ort gibt es ein Café mit Kaffee, Snacks und Getränken, um sich nach dem Klettern zu stärken.
Zusätzliche Fitnessaktivitäten wie Slacklining und lange Traversierungen für abwechslungsreiches Training.
Saubere Duschen mit bereitgestellten Toilettenartikeln nach dem Klettern – erhöht den Komfort.
Consistently clean gym, with a high energy crowd and some interesting routes. The grading can be a bit all over the place, and you need to sift through some chaff to find the interesting routes. A few routes were “confusing” more than they were “hard” for the grade, which can be frustrating. But its a huge enough space you are bound to find fun routes. Big traversal section if thats of interest, and I appreciate they have a section for kids to climb in away from everyone else.
Nice place for a first bouldering experience! But also if you are an experienced person. The staff is super nice. Access for a day with shoe rental is 31 AUD. There is also a slack line. There are showers in the place with shower gel and shampoo available. Definitely a nice place to come to in Canberra!
I'm at the start of my climbing journey and the climbs here are by far the most approachable and motivating I've encountered. The staff are all incredible and it's such a diverse and inclusive space! I came here with a group of friends and we had so much fun trying out some of the harder level climbs and playing around the family haus! Very well maintained and the friendliest environment... will be back !!!
such a great gym, as a beginner-mid level climber, i find the climbs in my grade to be challenging and exciting. i love when gyms don’t just set for the advanced ppl! it’s also got such a lovely and welcoming vibe (and i low key want that poster wall at home). bonus points for the ice latte cups and friendly staff! pictured: me attempting (and failing) my first black climb
Blochaus is an outstanding boulder gym and is on my top 10 boulder gyms world wide. They clean all the walls everything after setting, have great setting, play diverse and good music & have an impeccable familiar athmosphere. Highly recommended for climbers & non climbers!!! If you’re in Australia go there and have fun 😊
