My son has been taking guitar lessons at Block Music Academy with Adam for the past four years, starting when he was just 7 years old. Adam is incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely encouraging, with a teaching style that truly resonates with kids. He knows how to keep lessons engaging while still building strong fundamentals, and the growth we’ve seen in both my son’s skills and confidence has been amazing. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Block Music Academy to any parent looking for a supportive, high-quality music program.

My 6 year old son just finished his introductory 5 lessons and is so pumped to continue his lessons with Adam. From our first initial call till now Adam has been everything anyone would expect in a great teacher of music. Adam is so patient with our son and has a knack for meeting the kid right where he is at. I could go on and on with so many accolades for Adam and his professionalism.

Block Academy Music is great! My two kids have been taking lessons from Adam for almost a year now and they love it. Adam is an experienced instructor; very professional and yet approachable. He tries to make the lessons fun for the students and is very organized! I like how he emails us their weekly homework and gives us access to all their materials online.

My daughter takes private guitar lessons with Adam. We were camping and she thought it would be awesome if we can do some guitar around the campfire. We came back from the trip and found Adam. We started the guitar lessons over Zoom and that worked wonderfully. She already knows the piano and can read music. Adam adapted his lessons to her wants, roped her into the guitar by teaching her how to play the songs she wanted ("Introducing Me", "Shallow", "Photograph"). Now that she's hooked into the guitar, Adam is sliding her into a more traditional guitar class flow - working on techniques, some theory, reading guitar music, etc. Adam is professional, flexible, fun, and motivating. He really enjoys watching his students grow and celebrate their progress with them. I would recommend Adam as a guitar teacher to kids and adults.

Adam ist ein großartiger Lehrer. Mein Sohn ist sechs Jahre alt und hat noch nie Gitarre gespielt. Adam ist äußerst geduldig und macht den Unterricht für meinen Sohn spaßig. Er kann es kaum erwarten, jede Woche zum Unterricht zu gehen. Ich empfehle Adam und Block Academy Music wärmstens!
