My husband left me speechless when I got home to see the arrangement he had arranged to be delivered for our 30th anniversary. They are gorgeous and smell SO WONDERFUL! Just perfect. My picture doesnt do it justice. Thank you for such a beautiful suprise!
I placed an order for a dozen yellow roses 1 week before I needed them. I got a call the day before they only had 9 and would it be ok to substitute with other yellow flowers like sunflowers. I said no. Got a call from florist personally telling me they did have some other kind of roses. There were white roses like you grow in your yard but they were ok. The company has compensated me for the issue. At least they are concerned with making sure the customer is satisfied. Give them a chance.
We ordered an arrangement for a family member in Charlotte and opted to go with Bloom since they were a local vendor. The morning of the delivery, we received an email stating, "we do not have this particular design in stock, however we have beautiful flowers in yellow and white in a clear vase available for delivery today". We told them that was fine; however, as seen below, the order delivered was nowhere near the size we ordered, especially since we paid $10 more for the the deluxe version instead of the standard version. I've contacted the company three times (and included photos) with no response. Our family member didn't receive what we paid for and customer service with this company has been abysmal. They have my contact information if they'd like to rectify this, but given the lack of response so far, I doubt we'll hear anything.
We had an outstanding experience with the Iris Blossom team — they came through for us on a tight timeline and absolutely delivered. The flowers were incredibly fresh, and the arrangement was nothing short of stunning. You have to take a leap of faith with these guys, let them take their creative direction provide simple details and let them do what they do best. We were so impressed, we actually took the time to identify every single flower and green arrangements they used in their design: • White Phalaenopsis Orchids • Light Pink Phalaenopsis Orchids • Red Ginger • Orange Roses • Red Roses • Pink Roses • Pink Carnations • Lavender/Pink Spider Mums • Pink Gladiolus • Palm Leaves • Variegated Tropical Leaves • Gladiolus Leaves A special touch that really stood out: the person who delivered the flowers was the very same artist who created the arrangement. That’s a level of personal care and craftsmanship you simply don’t get with most florists. Highly recommended for any special occasion — we chose them for our 10th anniversary, and they made it unforgettable! Lastly if you are only shopping major flower delivery services, you may not understand why these guys are special.
What was ordered vs what was received. Can’t say I’m impressed. I’ve ordered here in the past multiple times. I was notified that they didn’t have the flowers I ordered for some reason and replaced them “designer’s choice” but offered no further options. I’ve reached out and will update how it is further handled on their end however I did email photos via their request hours ago. Update: I support small businesses but I don’t support being told to censor my negative experience of the shortcoming of your designers when that’s the whole point of reviews. Other people need to know and I’ll be moving my business to a DIFFERENT small business. Keep my money, Penny. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE equates to 1 star. I didn’t like the design and wasn’t given a choice and was then strong armed to keep my experience from the public. The email received: “After looking into the order and speaking with the designer, it looks like the order was made to the value that you paid for, however, I completely understand you did not like the design. I am willing to offer a full refund to remedy this issue. I would really appreciate you removing a negative review from our google business as it impacts our small business and future clients. Please let me know if you are ok with receiving a full refund and removing a negative review.”
