Blu Moon Art Studio bietet praxisnahe Sauerteig-Kurse, geleitet von Melissa, an örtlichen Veranstaltungsorten in Horizon City an, mit Abholung der Backwaren in der Bäckerei unter der Adresse 424 Cutler Pl. Die Teilnehmer erhalten backfertige Laibe, Starter und klare, praxisnahe Anleitungen; Notizen auf Spanisch zum Mitnehmen liegen bereit. Bewertungen betonen Melissas fachkundige, geduldige Anleitung und die hilfreichen Ressourcen sowie eine wöchentliche Auswahl an Broten.

Took one of Melissa’s sourdough classes and not only was it informative, but it was so fun and well put together! She is an incredible teacher, demonstrated everything and answered everyone’s questions with expertise and grace. I’m so happy to have left with 2 half loaves to bake and my own starter to keep making bread. She also has a ton of resources to help folks succeed. Also got to try the bread she sells every week - delicious! Highly recommend her studio!
Great teacher. Sourdough Classes are all in English, however teacher does take the time to go around and help everyone and instructions can be given written down in Spanish to take home.
Attended the Sourdough Class at Wine Down. It was an amazing and informative experience. Learned so much about sourdough. She was great and gave the opportunity to stay after to ask as many questions as possible. If you haven’t attended a class you’re missing out.
I absolutely LOVED the sourdough class for beginners! Melissa truly broke down the process for us, and was extremely helpful in answering any questions, etc. Melissa was such a joy to be around and learn from. We walked away with (basically) two loaves of bread ready to bake at home, plus some of the starter & super clear instructions to continue making bread at home. Appreciate all the work she put in making sure everything was nice and organized. I will definitely be trying more of her other classes :-)
In the 4 years that I was at fort irwin, Melissa has provided me some amazing and delicious products. She helped make so many occasions so special for my family and even shipped products as well. My kids loved doing the paint your own cookies and I was in love with her coco bombs.
