We had excellent service from Bluefrog, same day service to locate the blockage, unfortunately the problem required to replace part of the main drain line to sewer system. This required a second day of work. Russell did a wonderful job, explaining and showing me what the camera ran into. This company replied back to me promptly.
I had a plumbing emergency with my bathroom tub and Bluefrog was able to work with me and have someone there within the hour. CJ was very knowledgeable and helpful! He was able to fix our issue and provided us with a great deal. Would definitely use them again!
Russell Stich was the point man in helping us discover, plan and resolve our plumbing issues. We had a recurring clog in one of our bathrooms. Russell came and thoroughly investigated until he was able identify the issue that several other plumbers with other companies were unable to find and resolve. He also was very transparent and did not try to upsell us on non-necessary services.
I called Blue Frog to replace a garbage disposal and check my water heater for any maintenance that might be needed. They were able to schedule a 2 hour appointment window for an hour later. CJ arrived at the beginning of the appointment time, and quickly confirmed the disposal needed to be replaced. He also did a check on my water heater confirming it was in good shape. CJ was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly, and even with the need to go buy a replacement disposal for my needs, the new disposal was in place way sooner than I expected. So no issues, no complaints, I'm very happy with the service.
Bluefrog Plumbing arrived promptly on time, with a service rep picture sent in advance (real nice touch). Lane was our technician and he was professional, kind, and educated me on my plumbing issues. He explained what was hat and why it was happening. Then explained the process of repair, estimated time of repair, and gave me all the information I needed to understand why he was the best option. And everything he explained was correct and efficient. Work was completed expediently and professionally. Would not hesitate to contact Bluefrog in the future with any other plumbing issues.
