After I reached out about an issue with our mini-split HVAC, they had their technician call us directly, and instead of pushing an unnecessary service visit, he kindly walked us through a simple reboot over the phone. My AC went out in the middle of November, but of course in Texas, that’s an issue. Called a good friend of mine and he did a great job, but referred JC, the owner of this company, to triple checked his work. He was just amazing. Super nice, professional, and fast at finding the issue and fixing it. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done. Thank you again!!!
I highly recommend Blueline AC for any home HVAC needs in the San Antonio area. JC, Miguel and Zach have been absolutely amazing in assisting me with diagnosing and repairing issues with some troublesome older units and also installing new units. They are easy to communicate with and always make an extra effort to address issues quickly and efficiently. Their prices are very reasonable. Amanda in the office has also been wonderful and always extremely helpful also in coordinating service calls.
I’m way behind in my recommendation of this company. In November 2023 - I was searching for a new AC service company since my original one sold their client list to another company who I wasn’t happy with (they are a larger company who insisted that I needed a new system). As I always do; I took time to research and interview who my new AC service company would be. After several interview meetings with many different companies and after meeting and talking with JC in person, I KNEW that Blueline was the company for me. He was honest in what needed to be done with my system (which did NOT include replacing it…unless I wanted to). He did some repairs that had helped it run more efficiently and quieter and I even signed up for the maintenance program where it covers 2 seasonal checks and gives a discount on repairs. (Well worth it in price for peace of mind!) Fast forward to this weekend. My unit stopped blowing cold air, but the air handler was running non-stop. Zach came the next morning as the first appointment of the day. He determined that I needed a new fan motor and it was replaced and running within a couple of hours. I had another issue the following day and he came back to fix that too! They are Family-owned/run and they honor the military. I’ve been pleased with their expertise, quick response to my questions and top notch customer service from start to finish. I like to be treated as person, not just another number. I feel heard when I’m asking questions. They treat me as I’m their only customer…even though I know I’m not 😉 If you want to work with a company that isn't in this business just for the money — but truly wants to help people be comfortable with their HVAC systems — then Blueline is the one you want to do business with!
