I took my puppy here for her first groom. When she came home she had a large cut on her leg that had been glued. The staff never mentioned that she’d been hurt. After coming home she is absolutely terrified of being groomed in any way, she’s wont even let me brush or comb her. I’m really disappointed that the staff didn’t speak to me about what happened. I have since spoken to two other people who had similar experiences here.
Carmela looked after my girl perfectly, this was her first groom and the before and after was night and day. The customer Service was absolutely exceptional and I will recommend their services to anyone! The convenience of having grooming and day care in the one place is incredible and would recommend them to anyone on the lookout for a new grooming service.
My dog attended Bluey Vuitton for almost 2 years and I couldn’t be more positive about her experience. The staff adored her as much as she adored them, and she would literally bark excitedly as she arrived. Dealing with Carmela (the owner) was always easy and they were very flexible if I needed to change her day. We completely recommend Bluey Vuitton to others for doggy daycare and grooming. Xx
My little guy has been going to Bluey Vuitton since he was about 4 months. He absolutely LOVES his ‘school’ day with the girls and all his friends! And just loves his regular bath and groom spa day (falls asleep mid groom). Cam and the girls love my little boy as much as I do and I would never leave him with anyone else! We love Them!!!!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! All I ever wanted was my own cocker spaniel and last year my dream came true. From a tiny pup, I started taking Helen to see Carmela to get her used to being groomed and I now have a monthly recurring appointment forever!! Carmela is the sweetest most gentle human and I feel so confident leaving Helen in her capable hands! I think the photos of Helen will speak for themself…Helen is known around town for her luscious well maintained locks and beautiful coat and it is all thanks to Carmela!!!
