A little disappointed :( had a bad experience here a few weeks ago with the woman doing my nails being very rude and then the gel coming off within a day. I won a gift card so i decided to give them another shot and I was disappointed again, my nails are not horrible but just not what i asked for at all. All of the textured pieces are uneven and some of the nails lengths are uneven. The woman who did my nails this time was extremely kind i just wish i would’ve been told if the technician wasn’t able to do what i wanted and i would have been happy picking something else. For 150 dollars I would just really like to get what i wanted!
I can’t recommend this salon enough! Everyone here is wonderful, but Annie is my go-to, her technique, attention to detail, and creativity are unmatched. She always makes sure I’m comfortable, and my nails come out flawless every time!
I've been going to Bnails for almost 6 months. Annie does my nails and she always does a great job! She is very attentive to detail and doesn't rush the process! Highly recommend seeing Annie for mani & pedi
I recently moved to Lubbock and tried out a few different nail salons, but this one is by far my favorite. Annie never fails! She’s detail-oriented, consistent, and always makes sure my nails come out exactly how I want them. The salon is clean, welcoming, and everyone there is super friendly. I’m so glad I found my go-to spot!
