Our technician was Pouria Ziari. He was prompt and on time at the beginning of our service window. Which is always greatly appreciated when scheduling work to be done in your home. He was fast and efficient in his work and also wore shoe protection and protected my floors when completing the work in my home. We've used Bob Jenson for years. They've done regular maintenance and installed our new electric HVAC unit and ducts. The team is always extremely professional, respectful of our home and effective and efficient with their work. Brian F. was our most recent technician, he's great. His customer service is beyond his role. We have a three week old and he took it upon himself to bring some recently delivered packages that were sitting outside inside for us since we were busy with our baby. We appreciate the attention to detail by Brian and the whole Bob Jenson team!
We just had our HVAC system (furnace, heat pump and Ducts) all replaced by Bob Jenson. We were really pleased with our experience working with them. Abraham, Luis and Antonio were very professional and hard working. The new system has been functioning great. Highly recommend this team and company.
