Always a great experience at Bobin’s Barbershop. Johny has cut my hair multiple times and is always exactly what I ask for. He paid attention to the details and didn’t rush at all. The shop has a great, welcoming environment, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Finished off with a straight razor shave and hot towel, which was an awesome touch. Highly recommend Johny and Bobins Barbershop if you’re looking for a quality cut and a classic barbershop experience
Just got my first haircut in about a year and I’m really glad I came here. The shop was clean, comfortable, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Johny took great care of me, listened to what I wanted, and made the whole experience easy and relaxed. He’s friendly, likes to talk, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job. The cut came out exactly how I was hoping, with a perfect shape. It’s also a great option if you’re looking for someone who knows how to work with Asian hair, which isn’t always easy to find around SD. Definitely recommend and I’ll be coming back. Just moved to the area and was in need of a barber that can cut asian hair and stumbled upon Bobin Barber. I scheduled an appointment with Johny and he did not disappoint. Not only did he give me a fresh taper, he also was able to do proper scissor work for my longer hairstyle. He gave me exactly what I asked for and took his time to ensure my cut was perfect. I have almost always struggled with getting a good haircut for a large part of my life. I have tried many different approaches, many different barbers, even ones that charge the same for their haircuts, but they have many times come out not looking so great. I would feel like I need to wait a few weeks after a haircut before it starts to look fine again. It has been a different experience at Bobin's Barbershop though. I've started going here recently so I've only been coming here twice so far, but each time it's been a very smooth and great experience. The hair consultation was very valuable in helping me understand what style would work well with me. The haircuts themselves have always looked great. I feel great every time after getting a haircut here and it really helps me feel good and confident when presenting myself to the world and being out and about. Robin is very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I appreciate that he also helped me understand what products would be good for me to use for my hair and where I can find them. The shop also has a great vibe with easy parking (as far as I know for both times I've been here). I highly recommend this shop especially for those who have been struggling with their hair like I was, and I look forward to continuing to go here in the future for my next haircut appointments!

Before starting, He took the time to consult with me about different style options and gave thoughtful advice on what would look best for me personally. It wasn’t just a quick cut-and-go — he genuinely cared about helping me find the right look. The actual haircut was done in a quick, efficient, and professional manner, without ever feeling rushed. His attention to detail was clear, and the end result was easily the best haircut experience I’ve had. From start to finish, I felt well taken care of. Between the friendly atmosphere, personalized consultation, and quality of the cut, I can confidently say this is the kind of barbershop you look forward to coming back to.
