Joining BODYBAR has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The instructors and staff are amazing and I always look forward to seeing them. The classes are great because the instructors will offer suggestions on how to make each exercise more or less challenging, so you can modify the workout to what feels best for you. Taylor has always been so supportive with recognizing bodybar members’ achievements and birthdays. I have never experienced this at other fitness studios before & I think it’s so thoughtful and shows how much she cares. I take classes with Christian, Madeline, & Natalie the most. Their classes are both challenging and super fun!
Bodybar has given me a daily way to strengthen all the muscles in my body as I age, and deal with health issues. I love the instructors, and the experience of getting stronger with like minded friendly people. I have come to love the employees which I consider friends, and it is so great tosee them on a daily basis.These people matter to me! BODYBAR has been a wonderful place for me to go and connect with my body. It challenges my body in different ways each time I go. The community is so supportive and I have friendships with the amazing people who attend classes here. Keara always welcomes me into the studio. She knowledgeable and so kind. Her creates a friendly environment to walk into each time I see her. Natalie is a fantastic instructor and makes each class fun and challenging. I love BODYBAR!
Since my first class I have felt welcomed and supported from everyone at BODYBAR Pilates. The front desk staff, instructors and fellow members are amazing. The instructors have their own styles which makes it fun and never dull. There are multiple classes types offered. The instructors always help with ensuring my form is correct to get the most out of my workout. They take feedback and ask for suggestions. I feel mentally and physically stronger. I am so glad I decided to join.
